Dear sir/ Madam,
I would like to inform you that I have purched the vox ultra slim smart ephone tv + bluetooth through naptol dated on 2nd january 2012. My order no. Was 3134131, after 1 month usage of phone the touch screen with display is not working. I have interacted with naptol customer care for this problem. They informed me that send the product to local service center (alpha radios, shop no 1900, chandani chowk)for repair. I have been sent the product to service center dated on 21st feburary 2012.
Then after I DID not get back my product till now. I have regular contact with naaptol customer care for the same but every time they says your product will get you next 7-10days.
I am waiting my product last 4 month but still result is 0.
So request you to kindly look into this matter & help to get my product or cash back asap.
