They assure 30 days of money back guarantee. I called them but they never respond. They didn’t even reply online .

i have order Women’s Sandals , Sport Shoes and Men’s Shirt my Order no. is 6897308 my Order date is 13th May 2014 and on 14th the status was showing Ready to Dispatch and till now i haven’t get any order and i have already paid for the same. I daily called to Costumer Care and they are telling we are trying hard. i want to know whether they are going to deliver my Product or not. The policy of getting the order is of 3 to 4 days and it’s almost 9 days.
