Worst customer service with false commitments and manipulative behaviour!
For close to one month my washing machine has not been working post a shoddy repair job by two service engineers. A small part is not working causing the issue and Whirlpool has slipped multiple 24 hr SLA’s such that here I am calling Whirlpool as a daily ritual for the past 1 week and seeing slippage after another.
It is not possible to get through to the second in line even at the customer service center because I have sat down holding the line for transfer to the senior sometimes for more than 40 mins!!
This company is the number one in worst service, pathetic quality and manipulative behaviour.
