I am Abhishek Agarwal, a vodafone customer, mobile number (8486259797). I recharged my mobile on 18 june 2012 with an amount of Rs.150 and it was an offer from vodafone that i will get a total talktime of Rs. 165 and the extra talktime will be credited in next 24 hours.
I didnt got the extra talktime in next 24 hours. Then i called vodafone customer care and told my problem. They noted my complaint and told me that MY EXTRA TALKTIME IS NOT YET CREDITED AND IT WILL BE CREDITED WITHIN 2 DAYS.
After that, on 20 june 2012, vodafone customer care called me and told that MY EXTRA TALKTIME IS CREDITED ON 18 JUNE 2012 i.e. ON THE DAY WHEN I RECHARGED MY MOBILE and cut the line. They didnt even listened a single line from me.
Now i didnt understand that why they are not sure that whether my extra talktime is credited or not. On 19 june 2012, they told that extra talktime is not credited till now and on 20 june 2012, they are telling that my extra talktime was credited on 18 june 2012.
And the real fact is that i didnt got my extra talktime till now.
If they cannot afford to keep the promises made to the customers then why they make so much useless promises.
they even don’t know that how to talk to the customers. And now really i am feeling that its my great mistake of choosing vodafone at the first place.
And i will now surely migrate to other service provider who DON’T MAKE WRONG PROMISES LIKE VODAFONE.
I want to file this complain against vodafone. Kindly do the needful.
