Complaint against Travelyaari – JBG travels and Kalpana travels

We booked a bus booking from the site travelyaari from delhi to mussoorie. They did not provide us services we paid for but they cheated us by taking extra charges as they mentioned a/c pushback seater bus and they arranged a sleeper bus and they said we have to pay 150 rs extra for each seat and the person named Arun (9310022207) give his contact no so that in case if we required any assistance we can call him. In morning at 7:15 they stopped the bus somewhere in dehradoon and they asked as to get down when we asked them about any transport they have arranged for us the bus conductor and driver said they not been told by their travel agency for any transport they should be arranging for us and they left us in the middle of the road. When we called on JBG/kalpana travels contact no. a person named Aadesh (9818185530) picked up the phone and listened to all our problem and said he will call back in few minutes. In some time he called us again, apologized for the inconvenience we were facing and told us to take a taxi from their and assured us that he will reimburse the amount when we will be back. After coming back to delhi we contacted him then he said he will transfer the amount rs 1000 in our bank account in two days and took our bank details. When amount was not transferred in 2 days we again called him again he transferred that call to a person named Manoj who spoke to my wife very badly with inappropriate language. After all this I again called that person Aadesh who did not pick up my call. I sent him a message saying that we gave him enough time to correct the mistake done by them and now we are going to register their complaint but he did not even bothered to contact us. I request you to pls look into this and take an action against Travelyaari – JBG travels and Kalpana travels. We want to file a compliant against them due to improper misconduct towards a female employee, causing hassles when we had clearly told them we had a 2.5 ys old kid with us, charging extra money and making false promises.
