Dear Sir,
I would like to request you to help me to get back my lost amount.I booked my round tickets online through Travelchacha agency on 22 May 2012, from Agartala to Guwahati for 28th May 12 and returning on 1st June 12. Returnimg ticket was ok but for onwards journey I have got my ticket in my name(Mr. David Dutta) but in the system it was updated as Guwahati Dutta for which I was not allowed to travel by that ticket. I informed at that very moment and they accepted their mistake and assured me to refund the money as early as possible. But till today they have not refunded the same. Whenever I call they say we have processed it but never rfund the money. Kindly look into the matter and help me.I have attached all the communication with them below.

Kindly look into the matter and respond me by today. I am always given new new dates that you will deposite the money. Last time when I called you I was told that money will be rfunded by Monday(11th June12). But till now you have not taken any step. Prior to that I was given 4 dates to be deposited the money. I am really disgusted with you. I spent a lot talking to you over phone and sending mail. Every time I am asked the booking id and assured that my money will be rfunded within 2/3 days. I was also sent mail saying that money will be refunded. But till now no response, money is not deposited. Why????? is your agency reliable or you are making such problems?
Kindly response and deposit the amount very soon. Every time I call, I am responded that within 2/3 times it would be deposited. But till now no work.

I am writing this comlaimt to you with a very sad heart. I have been booking flight tickets (Spicejet) to through you for past many months but I never face such prolem like today. I booked my round tickets on 22 May 2012 from Agartala to Guwahati for 28th May 12 and returning Guwahati to Agartala for 1st June 2012. I have got my tickets in my name(Mr. David Dutta) but in your system it was updated as Guwahati Dutta for which I was not allowed to travel by that ticket, I had a very hard time they don’t even try to hear my problem at Agartala Airport and said me not to trust such travel agencies, I was really very sad as I didn’t have enough cash money to book a fresh ticket. But somehow I have to manage money within very short time and come by the same flight after booking a frresh ticket. I don’t know how come such a reputed dealer make such mistakes. Please refund the money as early as possible for this up journey ( Agartala to Guwahati) and rectify my name in the system for return journey from Guwahati to Agartala on 1st June 2012 as it is booked together same mistake is there. Right after the incident I have called to your agency 2/3 times and requested them to follow it up but till now I am not responded. Kindly follow it up and let me know whether you are going to rectify the returning ticket or not, otherwise I would be in same problem in return journey by today and also refund my up journey amount in my account. My account no is 30271679985 (SBI). I am a regular customer of your agency, please do not let my trust be broken down.
