I placed orders for 2 wrist watches on 11/04/2012 via order nos. 10235196 & 10235198. Their status changed to ‘Awaiting Shipment’ on 16/04/2012. However, products were not delivered until end of April 2012. Since then I have been writing for cancellation of orders and refund with absolutely no response or action. How do I get the refund of INR 1480/- from Timtara?
