Dear Sir/ Madam,
My name is Devesh Verma and my contact number is 9007178258. we have booked a flat in he ECO-Village2 of the supertech builders in Noida extension. we have booked it on 29-12-2010 in which we have deposit an amount of the 2,67,000/- rupees (Two Lakhs Sixty Seven Thousand Rupees only) as the booking amount. But after the same the land acquisition case arrived and the work has been stopped at site neither the Supertech were taking any payments during that time nor the work was going on at site.
Suddenly we got and cancellation letter from M/s Supertech that our flat is being canceled due to non payment of the booking amount, which when we inquired was some 15,000/- only.
our main concern is when everything was stopped at site and they were not accepting any payment, how can they issue a cancellation letter without even giving and remind letter that your certain amount is pending and if you will not submit the same we will cancel your flat.
Our request to you is please look into this and help us out.
