Name of company/service: Maruti Residency Society
From last 5 years we are residing in the society and on regular basis we are paying the society charges which is taken against Security, cleaning, Water supply and maintenance of garden. But on 3rd August 2012 we find that 6 chambers and 2 window grills are missing from our premises for which we immediately complained to the chairman , but he refused to take any action and he is blaming us . Now please tell after paying for the security if any theft is being taken place at anyone’s residence who should bear the losses and to whom we should complain or we should stop paying the maintenance charges? Kindly suggest what action should be taken further ?
