Name of company/service: Tata Photon
I need to log a complaint against Tata Photon who have sold me a Steria Corporate Advance Rental Plan and also handed me the device for Rs 1525 on 09/11/2012. They promised me that the account would be active within 3 working days.
But till today the connection is not yet active (today being 20th day) and also the Tata Photon representatives are not responding to my complaints. When I have asked them to refund my money as i dont want the inactive connection, the representatives are not even responding to my phone calls.
I have been chasing these guys/Customer care from past 20 days and there is no response or addresal of my grievance.
I would like Consumer Forum to take this case with the the Tata Photon Executives and take a strict action.
