Complaint against TATA DOCOMO for providing less GPRS data on Recharge of RC95

Location/place: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Name of company/service: TATA DOCOMO

Dear Sir/Madam,

On 11th JUNE, 2012 night at 10:20 PM, I used TATA DOCOMO service Number *191# to recharge GPRS PACK 95 on my mobile and after the recharge I received message that:-
“STV Recharge Successful.MRP: Rs. 95, Validity: 30 days, 4 GB Data. Not applicable for [url=http://www.vuclip.com]Vuclip web video search[/url]. Standard data charges apply. Tranc ID:138593504.”
But when I checked my GPRS Balance it was 2048.00 MB (i.e. 2 GB) instead of 4196.00 MB (i.e. 4 GB). So, I called to customer care for the same query but I got reply that company has changed its data tariffs and you will get 2 GB only, also now onward you will get 4 GB data on recharge of RC98.
I replied that neither you gave prior intimation that your tariff changed nor RC98 is updated in *191# and if your data is reduced to 2 GB then why you replied in your message that your account is updated with 4 GB. But after few discussions call was disconnected by customer care employee. Then, I used my second number for the same query as after one call to customer care I have to wait 24 hours so that I can contact with them again, but when I called them that time they rejected to lodge my complaint.
Then I mailed my query to TATA DOCOMO customer care email id i.e. [email][email protected][/email], that time I got automated computer generated response that:-
Hi,
Thank you for writing to us.
This is in reference to your email. We acknowledge the receipt and we will respond to you within 48 hours.
Assuring you of our best services at all times.
Warm regards,
TATA DOCOMO Customer Care
This is an automated response to your e-mail. Kindly do not reply on this mail.

But, after waiting for 2 days I got no reply from their side. Then, I forwarded my query to TATA DOCOMO Appellate Officer Mr. Deepak Sethi on there e-mail(i.e. [email][email protected][/email]), from there side I got automated computer generated response that:-
Hi,
Thank you for writing to us.
We have received your mail and shall respond to your concern within 2 working days.
This is an automated acknowledgement to your e-mail. Please do not respond to this mail.
Assuring you of our best services at all times.

Also, after few hours I received one call from one of their representative and she asked that “are you sure, that you received the same message as you forwarded?” I replied, “YES MA’AM, I received the same message that your account is recharged with 4 GB data but I got only 2 GB data. So, she told me that, “okay we will provide solution to your query within 48 hours”. I said ” okay, thank you”. But, after completing 48 hours I received no such call or message or email from their side. Then once again I forwarded my query to the TATA DOCOMO Appellate Officer that I received no positive feedback from your side then again I received one automated computer generated response that:-

Hi,

We have received your mail and shall respond to your concern within 2 working days.
This is an automated acknowledgement to your e-mail. Please do not respond to this mail.

Then, on 18th JUNE, 2012 one of their employee called me and told me that on 19th JUNE, 2012 we will update your GPRS Balance with 2 GB. But, nothing such happened and again I mailed to them with same query and once again I got one automated computer generated response that:-

Hi,

We have received your mail and shall respond to your concern within 2 working days.
This is an automated acknowledgement to your e-mail. Please do not respond to this mail.

And, during this period neither I switched off my mobile nor missed any call.

Please provide effective measure for the same ASAP.
