I am Kaushik Kulkarni, I am student studying engineering. account holder of SBH bank Solapur. Account No:62035274584. I taken ATM withdrawl Rs.5000 on 12-July-2011 but amount of Rs.2000 disputed anr Rs.3000 short from my account. Regarding this I had given complaint on 12-July-2011,13-July-2011,24-August-2011,28-Octomber-2011. And my complaint has been launched on 24-August-2011 as I had given complaint on 12-July-2011.The staff at SBH, Solapur forwarded my complaint after one and half month after I given complaint at account holding branch. After this I mailed AGM,DGM,GM of State Bank of Hyderabad. But till date no process done. Also, I had concerned on phone so many times with the staff at SBH, Solapur. I have all the records of complaint with me soft copy as well as hard copy.
But no reply come by senior staffs and officers from SBH till date.Even though giving reminder by me to bank staff will not taken any action regarding this. Please help me out as I am student. Please, kindly go through it and get back to me and tell how do I get my debitted money back. Please refund my amount with penalty.
