I have given my mobile for repair on 14th may 2012. with Muskan Enterprises at sunrise tower in indore. the vendor assured that the mobile would be repaired in 2-3 days. the display of my phone was broken. initially he charged me 2000Rs. for repairing the phone. after two days when I called him back to ask the status of my phone he demanded 2500 and asked for another 3 days. then when i called again later he asked for 2800 and said that since it was a physical damage and the warranty is lost we need more money so that we can do the repair under warranty terms only. I later filed a complaint at the sony ericsson customer care. they said they will solve my problem in 2-3 days. later when i called them back they said the display is not in stock and will have to be imported and will need another ten days.
I asked them to provide me with a replacement till the time my phone is not repaired. But they refused for the same. I dont know how much they are going to take to import the display or they are just fooling me out. If the display is not in stock then it is not my problem and they should atleast provide me with a replacement. and everytime i call them they ask for 2-3 days. I am afraid that the vendor would replace the original parts of my phone and would make my phone out of warranty.
I am a CA professional and have suferred huge loss in absence of my phone. I request you to help me claim compensation against the loss of time and money.
