Name of company/service: Tata Photon
I am having a corporate plan for 5 GB and my photon number 938218393 ,speed was decreased informing me that I have already consumed my 5GB.Now even for the next billing cycle which is starting from today the speed has not been restored .When I called to photon help desk they told me that it will still take 6 hours and no complaint number can be provided to me for this.
I request the consumer forum to penalize the service provider for this unprofessional way of dealing.They are cheating customer.
