I Tejpalmathur R/o L-752A/9 sangam vihar new delhi 110062 I am having complaint against samsung SCH W 259 Mobile which i had bought for Rs 6000 from Silicon Impex Pvt Ltd G-6 Ground floor Raja House 30-31, nehru Place New Delhi 110019 on 5 Nov 2011 . Phone No. of Shop is 28898404,30821935,30821737 and Emai ID is [email protected] . Problem begins in phone from next day. i went on shop from i purchased the phone(Nehru Place Samsung Showroom) but shopkeeper said to me i can’t do anything you have to go samsung service centre for any complaint and queries regarding samsung mobile sch w 259. I Went service centre of samsung. service centre 0006270987–Samsung india electronics Pvt Ltd. Address is CC-28,nehru Enclave kalkaji Delhi 110019 and Contact No. is 30308282, Email ID is [email protected] . there is no positive response given to me regarding my mobile phone complaint in samsung sevice centre. I have visited many times in samsung service centre of kalkaji but they always said to me . there is no problem found us and your mobile is working fine but lots of problem exist in my phone after visiting many time in service centre there is a call came to me from okhla regarding my mobile problems I told them my problem and they gave me Ref no. then they replaced the PCB board but problem is coming same. i have visited many many time in samsung service centre of kalkaji but they are not giving any response regarding my mobiles problems and saying carry to another service centre. they are threating me you can do any thing regarding this problem. my sevice order are mention below. 4130508985,4130089156,4126912179,4125644492,4125002003,4124509408,4132806999 and now they are demanding charges for Rs 2650 for Display problem in my mobile samsung sch w259 in under warranty and now i have become very……………….sad ,worried ,Dissapoint After long period they said due to part liquid flowing it is chargable when you will approve charges we will repair. That means they are taking charges under warranty I am in problem without my phone I am suffering financial losses and what to do Plz Help me I cannot give any charges for repairing under warranty I am requesting to you that please do some thing and tell me what will I do I want to know how to complaint and where to complaint for this kind of problems.
