I bought samsung 40″ LCD on 20.10.2011 from Best Furniture, one of the samsung dealer in Sonipat. On 24.05.2012, my LCD got some display problem. I called up on customer care (180030008282) & register a complaint. After two days, samsung engineers visited & told that PCB of LCD will be replaced & the same got replaced in 1 week. but even after replacing PCB, display problem remained as it was. Then samsung engineer told me that whole panel will be replaced. I again called up on customer care & asked to replace the same. I called up so many times on customer care & got nothing except fake promises to solve my problem. Then I told samsung representative that i’m going to file complaint against samsung in consumer forum & the very next day, i got a phone call from a senior person of samsung who promised me to replace panel by 19.06.2012. But i’m still calling up on customer care & waiting for solution & got nothing from samsung.
Now, i want to replace the LCD because only 4 months left for expiry of its warranty & this LCD always had problems.
