I’m Rishabh and I purchased a pair of shoes from a multibrand showroom (Reliance Footprints) in Jalandhar (Punjab) in first week of May.
That pair of shoes was not branded but was manufactured by some sister concern of Reliance Footprints, specially for them as told me by the sales person and are reliable.
Not even after a month of purchase, the shoes were damaged, the hooks for the laces came out of it, to cut it short they are not in a condition to be used.
I stay in Delhi so it took me some time to get back to that place and tell them the issue.
I visited them and told them the story, now they are giving me excuses like the laces were pulled tightly and all.
They took the shoes and said will get it repaired but as per the condition of shoes I mentioned that it can’t be repaired in a good manner and also what if after repairs the shoes last for another couple of weeks?
They don’t have any answer for that and said that only thing we can do is to get it repaired, no matter how does they look after repairs.
I know that those shoes were damaged in such a manner that they can’t be repaired nicely so that they never looks like they are repaired. Also they won’t last much after that as well.
This is very disappointing and I’m not at all a happy customer and this is something which is not fair.
I was a regular customer of that showroom and I purchased more than 10 pairs of shoes from them in the past but they were branded so never had an issue with them but when I took their words and purchased something they referred, they are not even ready to listen.
Would request you to please do the needful, the product for which I spent 1000 bucks was not worth it.
