Date of product not working and complaining to Reliance Digital – 27/5/2012. Customer service person on call(srinath) promised to look into the matter and follow it up with Kenwood. He said reliance will be lodging a complaint with Kenwood and someone from Kenwood would follow it up.
We repeated called the store(no calls from their side)and their repeated answer was that the person from kenwood will come any time that day.
On 1st June , they kept us waiting from 3pm -5pm on the pretext that someone will come to see the product but no one showed up. On 2nd June the CRM manager of the store Named Hairtha talks rudely to us saying Reliance Digital is not responsible to provide service for Kenwood products and/or deal with those who provide service for Kenwood products. They did not even provide us a complaint number. We also went to the store where again it was like being insulted talking to the person srikanth at the customer service desk. He had no intention of helping us. So that is how Reliance digital washed off its hand after selling a product to us which got unusable in 3 months. If anyone can suggest me the actions I can take(if any) legally, I will be grateful.
