Complaint against reliance broadband

I have taken broadband internet from reliance on 23rd may 2012 and the employee of the reliance named MANOJ take RS 1150 from me and he said that your internet broadband connection will be set up in 2 days . But After 3 days he said that there is some technical difficulties and he will resolve it in 3 more days. Later on after three days when i call him he didn’t pick up the call whole day.Then my brother complaint about him and due to this he called me.Now he said that he wont be able to set up due to technical difficulties.So i ask for the refund of the money .He said that i will be getting the refund within a week.But till now it has been a one month and there is no response from the company and no refund of the money.I call the person who has taken money (MANOJ) earlier and when i call him he switch off his phone .I call him more than 50-70 calls on his another no but de didnt recieve my call.I want to get my money back and also i want to complain about the employee of reliance named Manoj.His no is 9818967297.
