Sir i want to register a complaint regarding my bus travel(REDBUS.IN).I booked a ticket with redbus for 11th May(Bangalore to Nandyal) for Diwakar volvo multi axle for which I was charged Rs 703.On the date of journey I didn’t get any message from bus operate due to wrong number provided and then I called Bus operator which were mentioned in ticket, but no one pick up the call and I tried multiple time but no use. Then I repeatedly called redbus and bus operator but no use..
Finally I found the number of bus driver number from different source but they didn’t answered properly.
after that, I catch different bus and spend 1700/- to reach my destination.
Since that I’m continuous following up with Red bus customer service to get refund. But these guys closed all my respect without providing proper resolution.
Now I’m fedup with Red bus service and raising complaint against their service.
