Dear sir
I M chitaranjan mohanty a resident of VILL-paikasahi,po-hakapada,dist-puri,ps-delang beg to state following few lines for your kind consideration and necessary action that,
I had gone to the nearest rly station to book a ticket in konark express for one of our relative of konark under tatkal scheme.My uncle shri balaram mohanty and me reached at the platform at 5.00am on 16th of june 2012 with a filled reservation form.No one was present there except some rly officials. We waited there till 8.00am meanwhile the concerned authority took our reservation form from us.Time went on, after waiting for 15 minutes I checked that he was busy in booking a sheet of reservation forms formerly filled while no body was there for the ticket.When my turn came it displayed waiting 17.Then we told how it happened, but he didn’t respond our saying.Then we went to the station master for lodging a complaint against him but he refused to take any complaint from us. So we came home with a sleeper class ticket bearing the status wl-288. Now I want to say that this could be a confirmed ticket if he would booked our ticket 15 mins earlier.But nothing happened.They have some patch up with one of the travel agency.So I request you to take serious action and assure us that ordinary people like us can get ticket easily.
