I purchased Micromax A60 mobile on 11 january 2012, on 9 may 2012 i faced problem in touch screen, i rushed @ nearest Check point center at Laxmi Nagar Delhi, they kept my cell phone against receiving letter & said to come after 10 days. after 7 days all at Delhi central office at Okhla they said that they will keep my mobile for more 7 days because they will install new tools in mobile, on 20 may i reached laxmi Nagar office they did’t prepare my phone when i said that i am going for FIR against this company they started improve my cell same time,fine after 30 minutes i got my cell back, but after what is this happened after 15 days on 3 june 2012 i faced same problem. I approched again same center customer care said we don’t handle android phone, please visit our other office. I said if you can’t handle this than why did you improve my phone on 1o may 2012, she smiled & tried to make some excuses i got angry i told her what i do now she said visit at nearest office i reached there . concern person required job sheet of same phone where i prepared my phone i went back but customer care girl was not giving me job sheet after 1 hour waiting & argument i got job sheet & i submitted my phone on other center which is now in pending. Dear sir i request to you please take strict action against such company which not provide junk items but also em brass the customer.
