i have purchased LG washing machine as on 14 nov,2007 for Rs.25,200.i have a complaint against poor washing condition of it.i had complaint regarding this many a times but no proper response had been recived.i purchased it from LG paradise,pitampur.it was under 2 yrs warrnty but no previalage been recieved in this duration.nw they are ready to return 50% amt of it which is nt in our favour.till now our request have fallen on def years.i request the senior authority to take some action before its to late.better they replace it or return the full amt of it.
