COMPLAINT AGAINST poor and pathetic services by Reliance Digital Tv

i am a victim customer of Reliance Digital Tv with card no=200531584050. i have done recharge of amt rs 350/- on 30/05/18 but service didn’t start till now as on 18/06/18.i called to customer care they told me to wait for 5 to 6 days that they are having technical problem. After technical problem is over i again called they told me again to wait for 2 days then i asked them wait for what? since then harrasing period started. The CCEs are so pathetic in reliance digital the way they talk is really disgusting they either disconnected my phone or put on hold for a long period they weren’t even ready to register my complaint then i wrote so many emails to customer care still i didn’t get even a single reply. Customer care is for what if they can’t solve the customer’s problems. the last some days were so harrasing i wanted my full refund for not giving services and this is my right to demand for my money back if they aren’t ready to provide the service.

i request you to pls take some action against their CCEs and refund my full amount. because they are just taking customer’s money,their way of talking is really pathetic and not providing services.

and i also would like to tell all the people that PLS DO NOT GO FOR RELIANCE DIGITAL TV EVER.YOU JUST WILL BE HARRASED AND WON’T GET ANYTHING.
