I have purchased Panasonic rice cooker on 25/06/2011.since then thrice i went to replace the product due to technical problem carrying all over along with the product.twice they said that they have repaired but not done.when i went on 24/7/2011 for the third time they refused to replace or to repair it,so i left the product in the show room itself by getting ackowledgement,till date they have not replaced or repaired.
Due to this i am mentally and physically disturbed i cannot concentrate in my work.
i have all the document for three times taken the product by the dealer and also the warranty card.
please look into the matter and solve the problem.
