Name of person who did fraud with me Preeti Jain( on Facebook) Ravi ( mentioned me on watsapp)

Location Delhi

Amount 1120/- paid throgh paytm

Description:- this person advertising regarding pvc statue on Facebook
I ping that person in the month of July 2018 firstly
After taking all details I placed order of statue and paid through paytm on dated 4 sept2018

After taking payment he blocked me on watsapp. That number is always remains swtich off when tried to call.

I pingged on Facebook messenger to give my money back. This person said do whatever I can do against him. All screenshots attached here with. And block me on Facebook messenger too. I msged him on watsapp number from many numbers. He is making fun.
I have reported vodafone and paytm too regarding this fraud. So that person can not cheat some other person too like.
Bt they also said take legal action.

Plz take serious action against that person to prevent frauds and help me to get my money back
