I online purchased a new Mobile Blackberry Storm 9530 with 3G with Rs. 9298/-on 31 st January’12. After few days, it was got damaged. I raised many complaints to customer care but there was no response from Naaptol Side. Again and again I was raising complaints, One day they said me to send it to Naaptol. I sent it on 26th June’12 and I received a courier from Naaptol on 11th July’12. Mobile Blackberry Storm 9530 with 3G was written on the couriered packet but in the packet a Chinese Mobile of VOX was found. I made a call to customer care but Executive denied me to replace it or raise a complaint.
Now I want to raise a complaint against Naaptol.com.
