Complaint Against MTNL Broadband Mumbai

I am Abhijeet Mestry. I am using internet of MTNL broadband services. But continuos submitting complaint 6 times for frequent disconnection of internet, they didnot gave permanant solution on my complaint. Now i am really tired off from their services. Now I want take legal action on them.
