Sir,
I am a Micromax X288 mobile user. I had some issues with my Headset jack, and submitted it to the Micromax service center Space Telecom, Bapuji Nagar, Bhubaneswar, ODISHA. It has been nearly 2 months they have the phone and not repairing it. Every time they call me to receive it, I find new flaws in it instantly and they take it back to repair again. This happened nearly 5 times. They are very much troubling me and showing bad behaviour. I am enclosing details of my phone.
