I purchased SPLIT AC of LG Company on dt. 22-10-2011 from Nishant Sales, Akola (Bill No.751 Dt. 22-10-11)
AC is still in Warranty Period. From last 2 Months I am facing various problems in AC such as NOISE, LESS COOLING.
I made complaint of these issues to local LG Service Centre on 02-06-12 but I did not got any responce from Service Centre.
then I made complaint on LG Customer Care No. 18001809999 on 14.06.12 (Complaint No. RNA 120614073475 Dt. 14-06-12). After 4-5 days, Technician Came but he was not able to resolve the complaint and said that He will come back again in 2-3 days but no one came.
I made complaint for 2nd time on 25-06-12 (Complaint No. RNA 120625060623 Dt. 25-06-12) then after 2-3 days technician came and said that the Blower & Bush of AC need to be changed but we don’t have any of these spares in stock. Local service centre incharge said that they forwarded order to company but they are not getting any responce from company. Also He said that they did not received any payment from LG COmpany since last 3 months, so he will solve the complaint after confirmation from Company.
My complaint is not solved till date. Please do the needful. thanks.
