Respected Sir,
Few months ago i bought KARBONN SMART TAB 1, but i am facing a lot of problems. No android application is working on my tablet. Even though they have shown those apps in their advertisement then also they are not working. I called the customer care and they asked me to visit the service center, i did so, i went there and they updated the software and then also apps didn’t work. I asked them and they told me that they cant help me in this matter. I again called the customer care and again they told me to go to service center. I am not getting help from anywhere. They promise that the applications will work but they are not working. I beg you to please take a strict action against them and please help me.
