Complaint against Just Dial

My self Snehali Nanavare is an Caterers. Executive of just dial Pvt. Ltd. Ms. Sonal Bondke called up to me for 5 times & forced me to take their service which give at least 10 calls per day, she also misguided me to fill the form. I also asked her that if this is possible then only do the registration. thus on 23/04/12 I did the registration. but since that time just dial services only sent 2 sms of name and no.s, we didn’t get single enquiry from clients side as executive of just dial commited me prior. all sms Enquiries are fake, hence no one approched to us even after trying our level best. when I gave the complaint to Just dial, they advised me to change categories and I did the same. But still we are suffering same problem. at first Just dial executive made me to give the cheque of Rs. 7824/-, but i stop ECS from my account. I gave many complaints to Just dial, but they only provide complaint no., and ask me to take greater amount package, But I dont want to take any package further, and I want my money back, this is my begining of my practice,so please help me and do the needful, Now i am continusely calling them but getting any posative revert.

Please suggest what should I do for my refund.
