complaint against Indiamart

Respected Sir/madam,
We have complaint against indiamart which is website designer. And we are manufacture in cement plant machinery and we are member of indiamart since many years. Many year our website host through indiamart and appear on the first page on Google, but last year we change our company logo which were we have some new changes to our website. India mart team member told us that our web site will be redesigned only 18,751/- Rs. and also appear on fist page on Google. We paid first amount 10,000/- on dated 22/06/2011. Within 2 month we had paid the full amount. 5 month later we asked about our website why not see our company name on Google, he said if we want to see our company name on Google we have to change our web catalog and convert it to domain, for this procedure we have to pay 23,163/- Rs. At that time we find out we had only just prepaid mini catalog on the indiamart.com. We also ignore it and the full amount paid to on dated 7/10/2011 by chq. After 3 month later we asked again why is not appearing our company name or website page number 10 to 15th on Google. Then he said if we buy the indiamart trust seal definitely our website will appear on page fist and second on Google. For which we have to pay 16,545/- Rs. Even after all mater we had to pay (amount 16545) on date 16/02/2012. (by chq.) But the improvement was not yet in our website. Website promotion is zero. We are very disappointed form indiamart team side.
2 month later on 25 august 2012 renewal time is around the corner, It means this year we no avail to pay. The argument continued entire year and full year was over and our money also. India Mart members did not show us the right way every time we have been misguide. This time we need your help becoz we are tired to complaining in indiamart team. Pls help us

    I want to inform India Mart that, payment of Ecs 3000 rupees monthly in Axis Bank in the name of Shri Bala ji fabricators shop is closed, because my shop is closed no work Due to the loss of several lakh rupees, I do not want your service. .have not benefited from your service, I have closed my bank account, due to which you were charged Rs 3000 ecs, so you are requested to please stop your services and self charges. Otherwise any kind If there is any charge or any other problem, then you will be automatically responsible for it Because we have informed India Mart ahead of time. Please stop your services.
