Have applied for the home loan to HDFC & loan got sanctioned even. But due to certain formalities not completed by builder HDFC has rejected the sanctioned loan which i was about to avail. There was no issue from my side still they have returned only half of the amount paid against processing fees. If i am not availing the loan or HDFC has not sanctioned the loan due to incomplete documentation, then i could not claim teh full amount to be returned but i am ready, HDFC is cancelling the loan & still i am not getting my total amount paid back then this is not fair. I am expecting my remaining amount should be returned by HDFC as they only cancelled the loan after sanctioning it.
