I have submitted application form for Flat in the scheme “as is where is” in which i have gone for vaishali aprtment scheme code (815). In the booklet clause no 9.20 in which it has been written that out of reserved quota in each category 3% reservation horizontal shall be given to Handicapped Applicants but draw held on 27.08.2012 there was a separate draw for physically handicapped person in which all categories were included.Only 1 flat is allotted. Kindly register my complaint
