Complaint against Faulty recharge

Location/place: Baruipara,po.kalna,burdwan,WB

Name of company/service: Reliance Communication ltd

Dear sir,
It is hereby informing you that i Chanchal das is a consumer of Reliance CDMA services,mobile no.9332394899 had received two sms from reliance(RM-651234) on 30th May & 5th June
simultaneously.The Sms was regarding the offer recharge 0f 249 INR instead of 299 INR for Unlimited call from reliance to all reliance locally and other mobile 30 min free per Day.
Based on that SMS i have recharged of Rs 249 on 5th June 9pm but strangely i didn,t received any said facility in my mobile.I spoke to customer care of reliance several times but they are not giving any importancey on my complaint.Now i am getting totally confused and help less in this manner.Therefore i am requesting you to take some action to refund my balance or arrange the facility of the said services of reliance communication for the particular recharge.
I believe i will get a justice from the Consumer forum.
