Complaint against extra charge in bill & auto activation of Value Added Services

I am vodafone postpaid subscriber. My mobile no is 9990625526. I have called the customer care for the enquiry of 3G internet plans(10 to 15 days back, I dont remember the date exactly). I had just asked the details about the plans but the customer care executive activated a plan of 850 rs. by there end without any confirmation from my side. The plan was activated on 29th of May 2012. After that I have called the customer to deactivate the plan and lodge a complaint for money return but he told me that this plan is free for one month there is no rental. I confirmed it at the vodafone store then they told me that it is not free. I asked the executive in vodafone store South Ex part-1 to lodge a complaint on 2nd of June 2012. But she told me that we will get the voice recording of that call to customer care and confirm it then we will lodge the complaint and she asked me to wait 72 hours for the process. I went back to South Ex part 1 Vodafone Store after 72 hours but I didn’t get to heard any recording as they said due to sunday it is delayed and they asked me that they will call me after the recording will come. But now its more than one week. So I want to lodge a complaint against vodafone. Please response as soon as possible.
