Complaint against Excellent Service Center, Kotla Mubarakpur delhi regarding friedge repair

Our Fridge stopped working on date 17 June 2012 and then I got mobile number (9654718795) of Rajeev (excellent service Executive) on internet and We called him on date 18 June 2012 and he sent his engineer (engineer mob number 9616973032 ) on same day in the evening , this engineer taken away our fridger and next day two engineer named Om Prakash ( 9136507534) and Shiv (8743988823 ) came back and installed the new fridger in our fridge and also filled the Gas . for this they charged 2000/- ( 750 for Gas filling ,750 for fridger ,250 for filter and 250 Service charge ). Once they went after performing his task, after 1 hour our fridge stopped working again, no cooling, no ice formation . Then We called on number 8447101736 , this guy told his name Sanjeev , Sanjeev told that tomorrow morning our engineer will come and check it again.
Next day morning same two engineer OmPrakash and Shiv came , These guys were not efficient in their work and not able to identify the problem for a long time and then they again filled the gas with replacing the existing relays in our fridge and at that time our fridge started working and they also told about some AMC for 3500 /- and we agreed on this and paid the amount .
In the evening our fridge again stopped workingo and after that we called these guys for next 2-3 days upto to 24 June so many times , then they asked us to refund the money , but they didn’t return any money and no body came to see our problems . Finally they stopped responding our calls.
One of guy (mob no 9616973032 ) form Excellent Service told that they have one office in Sector 22 gurgaon , but we didn’t find any office there , while searching this office we reached to one Excellent service office near Sheetla Mata Temple Gurgaon (date 23 June around 9:00 PM ) then one GentleMan at this office told that Excellent sercice for which we are taking doesn’t belong to his Service.
After all this above drama we called one of our known Fridge Mechanic , He told us that our fridger’s Compresser has also stopped working and then we this Mechanic changed our compressor also and we had to pay 4000 /- for this again.

Because of this culprit Excellent Service We faced a lot of problem mentally and financially.
We are expecting justice from Consumer Court for the fraud that happened with us.
