Complaint Against Deactivated my Airtel DTH connection

Dear sir/madam

I Vivek Chauhan your Airtel DTH customer holding 2 connections of same customer id. I recharged both setup box. First box In may or 2nd in October. My first setup box was expired in this may 12. But 2nd connection is valid till October. But both connection was deactivated now from your side . And your customer care says you will recharge first then we continue your service .

But I want my second connection continue till it’s validity. This time I m not interested for continuing both connection.
At this time I was tried customer care no. But your executive says they was not get my voice and disconnected my phone. I was trying 6 – 7 times to your customer care executive. But they says same issue.
I want continue my second connection till it’s validity without any problem. If you have any issue refund my remaining balance. And disconnected your connection. I will go to another DTH company.
