Complaint against customer support executive

Hi,

My name is Pradeep Nair, mob.- 8826830979, i called your customer care number 198 today 25-June-2012 around 12:47pm regarding complaint against unauthorised deduction and asked for an explanation but in-spite of my complaint resolution, my call was HUNG UP.

Your customer support guys are not even capable enough to talk properly, what a cheap service is this ?

I switched from Vodafone to Airtel coz of your good will but it’s really a pathetic service that you provide to a customer.

I need a written clarification on the same ASAP.
