Complaint Against Club Mahindra Holidays

Dear Sir/Madam,

I Mr Chandrashekhar Bansode wants to complaint against the Club Mahindra people, firstly Rahul Mehta a sales Guy came to my homein December on my request to explain me the plan, he said i have to pay 30,000 as initial payment i paid that and i took a white house option, he did not talk with me about the EMI and later when i received a letter of initmation or confirmation of the plan and the memebership i was shocked to see that my EMI was put as 20,625. I called rahul Mehta ( 9820070708) and told him i cannot affort to have that EMI as my Salary is only 35,000.. so I told him to change that asap to 7086 or something,. he said he will do the needful and it will be changed asap. i emailed him and some other collegues name Mohit Suri, they were suppose to change it, i kept emailing feedback and they did not revert, i never knew until January 7 2012 that a 20, 625 EMI was taken out from my account from Greater Bombay Bank. i emailed Feedback in Jan and also spoke to the Vashi Branch and they saaid we cannot help u in this matter what u can do is take out all money from your account and then once the Direct debit returns then we can change the EMI plan, i asked them that this 20,625 that u took i need that back as that money was for my home expenses and i am short of cash in jan.. they did not help me and then i took all my money away from that account so when feb Direct debit returned i called them, they said email feedback and then i did that, they did not respond to me again, i thought now that the Direct debit has not gone in Geb they will contactme and it will be cancelled so i started using the account again, but to my shock they again took 20,625 in the month of March 7th. i then wrote again to feeback people and then called vashi branch, i got to know that miss Dhanashree Thakur ( 022 67805800) is looking after my case, she responded late to me after e getting angry on her and she said she will give me the refund of 20,625 that was taken from my account in March as it was without my permission and she did that, but when i asked her i was suoppose to get a 32 LCD and what about my earlier 20,625 that was taken from my account without my permission she says she cannot help me with that and she now wants me to have another direct debit done before this 24th april.

Sir i have gone through a mental stress all these months and also i am currently out of work, this money is really important to me, please help me get that money back i dont intened to be with these club mahindra again, they took total 50, 625 from me till date, please help me get that money back and i am not having their membership as they cheated me and lied to me.

my membership number can also be found by my mobile number which is 9702461777. i am hoping to get my money back and also compensation for such a damange and mental stress.

  2. I got call to get free holiday gift voucher from mahindra. when i went and attended the meeting Mahindra gave plan to buy holiday package. since i was committed financial i was not able to take it.

    Finally they offered free holiday voucher for trial. After long struggling i got dates availability in website and booked rooms in Yercard on March 7th & 8th 2018.

    Due to my mother in law passed away a week before on march i was not able to make the plan.

    When i called later customer support they denied to reissue the gift voucher. I was very much interested to use your resort to buy a plan after using your service. If this is how you treat your customer, how a member can buy your product.

    I really want to use your resort for trial. looking forward for positive reply.

    Teach you representative to speak properly
    I received call from your representative Mr. Sunil Tiwari for Club Mahindra Membership. Initially i refused ignored to meet him but after 2-3 calls i agreed to meet him as we frequently travel with in and outside of India so thought it can be beneficial. But after meeting one of your representative when i told him that i would think about it and will take some time , his reply was, ” shuklaji, aap to itna bhi afford ni kar pa rahe ho, kaha hum 3 Lacs se 10 Lacs ka plan bata rahe the.” and i told him ,” Not to speak in this language” he became mad and started abusive language.
    Please teach him to speak properly for customer acquisition atleast otherwise your this (fraudulent) business will suffer heavily.

    Club Mahindra is con company.
    They entice ppl to become members and then they don’t give what they promise….
    Govt. is not taking any action on these kind of companies. They sell rooms to outsiders which are for members & make members suffer. They are cheats.

    Club Mahindra it’s a fraud company . I received one call from club Mahindra executive he said you selected for club Mahindra free coupon but you need to go collect breeze residency hotel . Please see the below message Greetings….

    Mr aravind he is club Mahindra employee he only conduct one presentation but I’m not satisfied in that deal so I said I’m not interested . That executive said k sir no problem you will get your free coupon in via mail . But still I didn’t get any call and mail . Suppose if Icalled that to that person’s they don’t give proper response . I’m planning to file case against club Mahindra management.

    Really unpleasant experience at Entry. I think for Guest customer Club Mahindra don’t value much. I could see the difference during Check in. All members at entrance received Welcome drink however for Guest member there is no courtesy. We requested to get this drink for us as well n read to pay if need be. This does not end here. My son was not well so I was requesting for early check in. However they allotted me Waiting room and keep on pushing me to opt for Studio apartment. I was firm to go as per my booking schedule. So after persistent effort team got serious and suggested 2 hours waiting for check in. Staff needs to be more customer centric. At the end, the entire team is missing that This Guest customer can be A future Member of Club Mahindra. So think about this guy’s and start treating Guest also in better term..

    I have been trying to redeem my free coupon from last 1months times, but all hotels and all the location for next 3months , nothing is available???
    It is look like a Mahindra game plan of marketing with fake intension and real intension of providing holiday package
