Dated 26th April 2019, my travel was booked through cleartrip from Hyderabad to delhi in Air India flight number AI 127. My trip id is 190401857690
After reaching at airport i found my flight was delayed by 2 hours without any prior notice. Again this delay extended and my flight got delayed by 12hours.
As per govt. Rule if flight was delayed without any prior notice, customer can avail full refund and compensation.
But in my case still i am waiting for refund. While cancelling the flight clear trip representative send me a mail regarding getting full refund . I am continuously following with cleartrip from last one month, but they are failed to do so.

I have booked tickets for my family through Cleartrip (Trip ID is 200218667196). Due to current corona situation, the flight was rescheduled by the airlines (Indigo) and they have agreed to cancel the tickets with full refund. But when I cancelled the tickets with Cleartrip online portal, they reduced considerable amount as cancellation charges. I sent a complaint mail to Cleartrip but got the reply that the subject mail is not functional and gave customer service contact numbers. Those telephone numbers are not reachable and absolutely pathetic customer service. I understand that Cleartrip has cheated many customers in similar fashion and exploited the current situation.
