I had given furniture work of my home to one carpenter on 10/01/12 on an agreed value of Rs 260000/- for 2 bed room doors and kitchen where as I have given him Rs 325000/- difference paid by me was advance for the work of living room. but now he says that the amount is for 2 bed room and kitchen. I canceled the work of living room because I didn’t find his work to be good.All the lamination is coming out for which he is asking more Rs 50000/. Where as while starting he had said that he will give free service for the repair work for 10years.Pls. guide me how can I get my money back and get done the repair.
