I am using Big TV before launch near about four years back.
Now I have shit my house to vasant vihar. I was trying your helpline 18002009001 from last four days,
All the time computer hold the line for 15 to 20 minutes, but not any executive take my call.
But today morning luckily my call connected to your executive after 15 minutes.
My complaint or request no. is 184735503, executive said that our engg. will contact you with two days.
Means I already suffering from four days & two days more.
I totally disappoint with this type of poor services. I am loyal customer of reliance Big TV. If this type of service providing
by Reliance Big TV, then sorry sir, I shifted to another DTH
