From your blog of consumer forum, i want to submit a complaint against samsung mobile pvt. ltd. I purchaised a mobile samsung chat last year in july, the performance of mobile was good but only for 4 months. A fter that the mobile was not working properly, i went to the service center of samsung mobile, they assured me to solve the problem i was facing, they gave me the mobile after 7 days, the mobile got repared. but again after 2 days of servicing my mobile was giving some problem, again i went to the service center and again they took the hone for 7 days but the problem remained the same, now the situation is that i went several of times to samsung service center but my mobile still giving me problems.. so finally i have decide to go to them through ur consumer forum.
