I had bought an RO system from M/s Ken RO Systems, 183 Sardar Patel Road, mukhiya market, near world gym, Karawal Nagar, Delhi-94 on date – 07/08/2011.Within a week of installing this machine started giving problems in purification. I found some insects floating in the R O’ s water storage tank because of its loose lid. When I complaint the company proprietor on 9/10/2011 about this, he just told me to cover this machine from any cloth and to provide the cover in the next visit. After that I called him so many times till lodging this complaint, he always promised to come but he didn’t.
Before two months ago my brother had recovered from Liver Abases decease because of polluted water. So I Had decided to purchase a machine for pure water and my family’ s good health, But after purchasing this machine I thought I had bought a big risk for my family. In the process of making these complaints I had suffered from regular loss of money and time both.
Kindly take appropriate action regarding this problem and help me to get proper compensation of Rs 18000 for the machine cost and my over all inconvenience. I shall always be thankful to you.
