Sir,
I am a student residing in hostel, the external IP of college internet is same for all users resding in campus of over 8000 students. The rule by irctc has forced only 2 transactions/IP so only 2 students could book ticket.
It is my request to you to look into this problem. Either this rule should be amended or some other site should be provided to book tatkal tickets.
