I am Abhishek Roy. Bought a Samsung laptop R580 on 24thdecmber 2010 (with extended warranty up to 23rd December 2012). Suddenly my touchpad and dvd writer was not working properly I called the customer care they advised me to go the nearest service center.
I went to Durgapur samsung services (Prompt Services Benachity -13). They gave me a very bad service.
1.They replaced my touchpad with a noise left key,
2. They broke my dvd writer lock,
3.They deleted my Each and every data from C drive without any kind of intimation.
4.When I asked that things they charged me your laptop not in warranty and misbehave with me you will paid rupees for service.
5.When I brought these things into their notice they misbehaved with me & told me that “the laptop is not in warranty” & I need to pay for the service.
6.Due to their misbehave I collected my laptop with this condition without any argument ,as they were asking for the money.
Now my request is that please take a hard action to this service center ,mainly the laptop service engineer Mr. Hittanshu Mitra , so that no customer like me will get harassed in future .
