As I bought the food processor of Philips Company.But it was faulty instrument. after calling in call center they logged complaint & committed that visit will be in 48 hours but no body will 48 hours after 6-7 days again we called on call center then they arrange a visit in 2nd day.Technician checked the instrument & told us it is faulty instrument & he suggested to replace he instrument then we went service center & gave our instrument to them.Service center people old us other instrument will be come in a week. After 14-15 days they gave us other one instrument.When we used that instrument is also not working then again I called to customer care on 17h January 2011.Again call center executive gave us 48 hrs time but no body will come at our place then I called again on 22 January they again launched a complaint & told me tomorrow technician will come at your place but nobody will come even we didn’t received a single call from their side. now we re frustrated with Philips company & we want to return back our money. Kindly suggest us what will we do?
