complaint about not geting product after payment

this yogendra mohite from sewri mumbai i have ordered a UbiSlate 7+ from companys website and there they are saying is if costumer sends as the advanced payment in cheuqe or demand draf of Rs. 2999 we will deliver the product on priority bases but this now almost two months after sending severl mails and making call to the company i have not my product

so please help me on this
